Advice for uncontested divorce the fixed fee is £100 + VAT
What does this cover?
- First half hour face to face appointment with a specialist Solicitor
- Divorce information and blank Divorce Forms to be provided to the client
If the divorce is uncontested the fixed fee is £500.00 + VAT + Court Fees
What does this cover?
- First half hour face to face appointment with a specialist Solicitor
- Preparation of divorce petition, completion of forms and issuing Petition.
- Obtaining your Decree Nisi and Decree Absolute and forwarding to you.
- Does not include finances, children advice or any unforeseen costs.
How much does it cost for a divorce respondent?
The fixed fee is £250 + VAT
What does this cover?
- First half hour face to face appointment with a specialist Solicitor to discuss the divorce petition and who will assist you in completing the acknowledgement of service
- Notifying you of the court date for pronouncement of the decree nisi, and forwarding your decree nisi and decree absolute
- Does not include finances, children advice or any unforeseen costs.
We will keep you updated of any potential additional costs before carrying out work.
Financial Matters
Our fixed fee is £350 + VAT
What does this cover?
- First half hour face to face appointment with a specialist Solicitor
- Drafting the Consent Order where there are no assests.
Our fixed fee is £400 + VAT
What does this cover?
- First half hour face to face appointment with a specialist Solicitor
- Drafting a Consent Order following mediation, and assisting you to complete the statement of information. The documentation will be drafted in accordance with your instructions.
- Provide you with information so you are able to lodge this at Court.
Children
Our fixed fee is £500 + VAT + court fee
What does this cover?
- Taking instructions and corresponding with your partner or their Solicitor.
- Preparing the contact application and the steps up to but not including the first hearing.
- Drafting the court application for you and service upon your partner or Solicitor.
- Advising you in relation to the first court appointment.
- Does not include court attendance.
- Does not include any expert’s reports that may be commissioned.
If the case proceeds beyond the first hearing we will charge at our hourly rate
